Subscribed equally by EDF and the French government and managed by Siparex. Fonds France Nucléaire invests in SMEs and ISEs in the nuclear sector.
The government participation in the fund comes as a part of the France Relance plan, in which the State has devoted 470 million euros to different segments of the nuclear sector, ranging from the modernisation of its industrial equipment to skill building and R&D.
The Fonds France Nucléaire team, within Siparex’s Midcap division, benefits from the support of experts both in Private Equity and the Nuclear sector.
The FFN aims to support companies with important expertise within the nuclear sector and that work in all sectors of activity (no minimum threshold of activity in the nuclear sector).
It aims to accompany profitable SMEs or ISEs or those that are returning to profitability, and independent companies or subsidiaries of groups that wish to become independent (spin-off). The companies it support must have an operative establishment in France.
