Structa Group, which specialises in the design, production, and sale of fixtures and fittings for services, hospitality, and retail, developed significantly between 2005 and 2014 under the leadership of Christian Salomon, in particular through a number of acquisitions. The group is made up, in particular, of two main companies: Structa and Structa Industrie based in the Drôme near to Valence. The teams use their recognised expertise to imagine innovative solutions. Structa Group handles projects from the design to installation of its products, which allows it to be extremely flexible and build close relationships with its clients.
Operation Context:
Structa Group experienced regular growth and structured itself from an industrial and commercial standpoint. On top of the acquisitions completed, Structa also opened a sales office in the Ile-de-France in 2017 in order to expand its geographical coverage. It was within this promising context that Rhône-Alpes PME invested in Structa’s capital in 2017. At the time, the Group’s turnover was around €7 M.

Siparex Entrepreneurs became a minority shareholder in Structa in 2017, when the company first opened its capital to other shareholders.
Since then, Structa has expanded considerably thanks to an ambitious organic growth strategy, supported in particular by substantial industrial transformation. Originally an expert in “tailor made” products, in just a few years, the Group has used its expertise and its industrial excellence to design a standardised product range called “blablacube”, based on a meeting room in a modular block made in France, which now represents 60 % of its turnover. We have accompanied this industrial transformation and the evolution in the Group’s organisation. In particular, we assisted in structuring the Group’s governance around three key managers who became shareholders of the Group in 2021 alongside the founding manager who is still the majority shareholder.
Since 2017, Structa Group has undergone a veritable scale-up and doubled its turnover from €7 M to €14 M in 2022.
